Are we really this dumb?

Q: What's worse than Americans averaging a score of 49% on a simple civics test?

A: Their elected officials averaging a score of 44%.

I managed a score of 84.85% (28 correct out of 33). See how you fare.

  2. Of course most "elected officials" are not US Senators and Congressmen. And heaven knows, we shouldn't expect school board members to be an educated lot. After all, they're only in charge of... oh, wait.

  3. also 28 correct. missed #7, 8, 14, 27, and 29 -- none of which i feel particularly bad about, since the one i really feel i should have gotten right I was torn and almost went with the right answer... and #27 is arguably biased, IMO.
